The radius corner measurement should be taken directly from the corner of your spa, not the existing cover. The best way to get an accurate measurement is to use a carpenter’s square. If you don’t have one, that’s OK. Two rulers will work as well. Align p-force both edges to the corner of your spa. The point where the curve begins back to the inside corner of the square will be your radius measurement. See diagram above.
