This job was the installation of the hot tub base and electrical for a Jacuzzi Hot Tub running on 60 amps. This backyard had a large number of trees which made for a lot of roots in the ground around the hot tub base. After digging the hole and removing all the roots for the base frame, you can see we installed a heavy blue material to stop any future roots from coming inside the tub base. This material also allows for water to drain through it. Once the base was finished, the hot tub was delivered a week after and we did the electrical installation. We usually recommend that you have the hot tub filled with water prior to our arrival so we can test the hot tub before we leave.
